    Our DevOps team is critical to ensuring the availability, scalability and performance of our platform. The team works hand-in-hand with the overall development team, developing tools to support and continually improve our build, deploy and release processes. The team designs, architects and supports the cloud infrastructure that powers all of our applications and services. They effectively create and deploy tools to reduce the effort required to manage, monitor and respond to incidents and requests.

    The ideal Jr. DevOps Engineer candidate will have some exposure and experience with our technology stack, but more importantly a willingness to dive in and learn on the job.  The candidate will also be responsible for delivering IT support to end-users, working with internal stakeholders to manage hardware (desktops, laptops, mobile devices), network services, office equipment, and software solutions.



    • Designing, developing, and maintaining the tools to simplify the life-cycle of our in-house and Google Cloud-based services across multiple environments from build to production
    • Integrating and supporting monitoring applications to provide insight into application state, health, uptime, and logging
    • Assisting the Infrastructure Team with builds & deployments, deploying / configuring new server instances, and supporting developer environments
    • Supporting all end-user hardware, software, and mobile devices in a multi-OS environment
    • Administering the office Active Directory, File Sharing, Network/Wireless, and Telephony systems


    • Working knowledge of Linux-based systems
    • Advanced understanding of networking concepts and equipment
    • Advanced ability to install, configure, and support Windows, MacOS, and Linux workstations
    • Experience with Virtualization and Cloud Computing concepts / platforms is an asset
    • Knowledge of Active Directory / Samba4 / LDAP
    • Excellent inter-personal and communications skills
    • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows


    • Experience with Virtualization (vSphere / ESXi) and Containerization (Docker, Nomad, Consul) Technologies
    • Experience working in Google Compute Platform or AWS
    • Working knowledge of Git, Jenkins, Maven, Ansible/Chef/Puppet
